Guided by Real Experience
My real estate journey began in Washington state in early 2001, as I worked to provide for my four young children as a single mother. This experience shaped my deep appreciation for resilience, communication, and the importance of supporting families through important transitions. In 2004, I brought this ethic to Fort Collins, where I embraced the unique character of Northern Colorado, deepening my roots both in the real estate community and the heart of rural living. With 25 years in the business - most of them spent with leading brokerages - I've guided buyers, sellers, and investors through residential, rural, and equine property transactions, always prioritizing trust, integrity, and honest feedback.
Alongside my work in real estate, I founded Charis Youth Ranch in 2009, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing horses and providing mentorship to at-risk youth in our region. This commitment goes beyond business: every transaction helps support the ranch's mission, giving real meaning to each closing. Whether you're looking for a peaceful rural retreat, a turnkey horse property, or your first home, my approach is centered on detailed guidance, transparent advocacy, and a genuine desire to see you thrive. The satisfaction of my clients and the positive impact we create together fuels my continuing passion for serving this remarkable community.
